A Complete Eixample Apartment Transformation
This full apartment renovation completely reimagined a traditional Eixample property into a refined, contemporary home while preserving its original architectural character.
Every technical installation was rebuilt from the ground up. The electrical and plumbing systems were entirely renewed and strategically relocated to suit the new layout, creating a home designed for modern living without compromising its heritage.
The project involved the careful restoration of original mouldings, interior and exterior carpentry, and historic hydraulic flooring, alongside structural reinforcements following the safe removal of selected walls. Bespoke wall panelling, integrated lighting, premium natural stone bathrooms, and extensive custom joinery were designed and crafted specifically for the property.
The new layout includes two bedrooms, a dedicated study, a luxurious en-suite bathroom, a main family bathroom featuring two walk-in showers, a separate guest toilet, bespoke walk-in wardrobes, fitted carpeting, and tailor-made carpentry throughout. Every detail—from storage solutions to furniture integration—was customised to create a home that is both elegant and highly functional.
